Awesome customer service, super useful, great analytics.
Impossible to login without getting an error message. Have to constantly reinstall app. Took me 45 minutes to finally login. This has been an ongoing issue for me for a couple weeks now
Broken, won't do anything, the app is literally just a broken login screen...
Installed on three separate occasions and I never left the login screen. Terrible app management.
The app and corresponding business website are constantly down making it impossible to update menus. Would expect more from a product that costs so much.
It's pretty bad when I can't even log in. I press login and it just sits there.
Love the app when it's working, makes it easy to update my stores beer menu! But about every week or so I'll open app to update it and it'll ask me to log in. My id & password will auto populate and then after clicking sign in nothing happens and still on sign in screen. I've had to uninstall this app 6 times now and about to do the 7th time in past 3months. Please fix wing in issue and I would gladly rate 5 stars!
Would be a 5 star if the app was able to be accessible from my phone. Only way to open the app is to go to play store and open that way. Saw an other review mentioning this problem. Meant to make my life easier but instead adds more steps. 1 star for now, 5 stars when this problem is resolved
Good service, as long as you don't want to cancel! An overly pushy sales rep tried to call me at 5am to get me to re-subscribe. They even attempted to take payment after I'd cancelled. Good thing I cancelled my card. Would not recommend.
